Do You Carry Liquor Liability Insurance?
Most venues require your hired bar service to carry Liability Insurance. We carry this required liability insurance, up to 2 Million dollars in coverage. We can provide proof of our insurance upon request at no additional charge, naming your venue or clubhouse as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance (COI). We provide Liquor Liability, General Liability & and is included in your quoted price.
Are Your Bartenders Certified?
Yes, our bartenders & servers are BASSET, TIPS, ServSafe® or state equivalent certified. ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. The program is accredited by ANSI and the Conference for Food Protection.
What Is Your Coverage Area?
Our company services the greater Chicago Area. Travel up to 40 miles from downtown Chicago is included in our package.

Will My Bartender Arrive Early?
Staff arrives 60-90 minutes prior to your event start time for set-up, and that extra time is not part of the amount of hours of bartending service you request. For example, If you hire us to bartend your 5 hour event, we will show up 60-90 minutes early to set-up the bar, so we will be there for a total of 6/6.5 hours
Do You Provide Ice, Cups, Mixers, etc?
We offer a la carte bartending packages; from Bartender-Only to All-Inclusive (excluding alcohol). You can provide all of the Ice, Cups, Mixers, Garnishes, Straws, Napkins Bar, etc, or we can provide them as needed. You can view all of our available add-on packages here:

● Signature Mixer Package:
Mixers and garnishes for signature drinks. *Price can vary based on complexity of signature drinks
● Table Wine Service:
We will go around to everyone at dinner and offer wine*
● Champagne Toast Service:
We will pour the champagne supplied and supply plastic champagne flutes for your guests.*
● Second Bar Setup:
We will set up a second bar location*

What Exactly Will You Bring To My Event?
Regardless of what package you choose, we will always bring the following items to your event (unless you decide to provide them): Bar Tools including Wine Key, Bottle Openers, Spill Mats, Pour Spouts, Cocktail Shakers, Cutting Board & Knife, Ice Bucket & Scoop.
Can Your Bartenders Make Signature Cocktails at My Event?
Yes! We can also help you choose signature cocktails, or themed drinks for any event (such as a birthday, corporate or holiday party). Your bartender(s) will be prepared and knowledgeable on how to make them. We also provide a suggested shopping list for the liquor needed for the drinks, based on your guest count. How Do I Pay the Deposit?
To secure your event date booking, we require a 50% deposit payment. The deposit can be made securely via Debit or Credit card through our online website payment system. We also accept PayPal, Zelle & Venmo. The remaining balance for service will be paid via Credit/Debit card, Zelle or Venmo the week of your event. Aside from bartender gratuity, we do not accept cash for deposits or balance payments.
What Factors Affect The Cost of Bartending Services?

The factors that affect the cost of our services include: Number of guests, number of hours you need our service, and what add-ons you select.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
In the instance that your event has been cancelled or postponed, all deposits & payments made to BarMasters are non-refundable, however they are transferrable. If you have to cancel or postpone your booked event for any reason, Served Neat will honor any deposit and/or payments made to us as a store credit which will remain on file for one (1) calendar year. Your deposit credit can be applied to a rescheduled booking, or a new booking altogether that you plan in the future.
What is Your Bartender No-Show Policy?
In the event that the bartender we have scheduled to serve your event has an emergency (sick, car accident, etc) and cannot fulfill their obligation to your event or our back-up staff is unavailable, your full payment (deposit and/or balance) will be fully refunded on the same day.
Do You Provide Alcohol?
Served Neat is a dry hire service. Per state regulations we can not provide alcohol for your event. Our team will work with you pr provide a shopping list and vendors for your event.
